  • Curbside pickup (ex. garage, covered porch, common hallway)
  • We can pick up items that support our mission. See acceptable items list below.
  • No pickup fee required, but please consider a $50 gas donation online (no cash).

 

Don’t forget! You can include clothing, home decor, and other small items to sell in our thrift store (as long as you are donating furniture too)!

Please see acceptable furniture items below. We accept gently used or new items in “dignity condition” (no rips, stains, or pet hair) so that we can serve our neighbors in need with not only furnishings, but hope and comfort.

Our drivers reserve the right to decline items that do not align with our mission. If you agree that an item needs to be disposed of, an additional disposal fee may apply.

If you experience any problems with our scheduling platform, please call our office at 513-313-0530 and leave a message. We will call you promptly and schedule for you over the phone.

Furniture donors may occasionally offer our pickup crews personal cash tips. These are voluntary and not tracked by New Life Furniture Bank. We do not accept cash donations during furniture pickups—mission gifts should be made securely online.

Terms and conditions

Acceptable Furniture Items

  • Sofa/Loveseat/Sectional (no motorized or sleepers) No stains, tears, or pet hair
  • Living Room Chairs/Rocking Chair/Recliner
  • Coffee table/End table/Side table
  • Lamps: Table and Floor
  • Bookshelf (no taller than 6′)
  • TV stands (no entertainment centers)
  • Dining Room tables and chairs
  • Buffet/sideboard (no china cabinets or hutches)
  • Kitchen tables and chairs
  • Bar stools
  • Mattresses/Box springs: Twin, Full, or Queen (no King size) No stains, tears, or pet hair
  • Bed frames: simple assembly metal bed frames only -no headboards/footboards, no king size; no captain’s beds, platform beds, water beds, trundle/daybeds, bunk beds, or loft beds)
  • Dressers/chests of drawers
  • Nightstands
  • Small desks w/chair: no wider than 40″
  • Patio tables and chairs
  • Lounge Chairs/Chaise

  • Baby furniture or baby equipment (due to numerous factory recalls)
  • Used stuffed animals
  • Large appliances: washers/dryers, refrigerators, etc.
  • Medical beds
  • Firearms
  • Hazardous liquids
  • Paint/Building materials/Cabinetry
  • Curtains/Blinds
